Old Hickory Steakhouse

Went for a birthday meal. My wife and I both had delicious steaks that were cooked to our orders. The sides are family style, and they mean it, so don't expect to eat them all by yourself unless you're extra hungry. Their drinks were excellent as well. If you can go during Christmas, request a good view when you reserve. They made sure we had a great view of the lights in the hotel.In short, great food, excellent service, and well worth the money.

We were pressed for time so opted to sit at the bar. The service and atmosphere were still superb. Mike was our waiter and did fantastic. We did a cheese plate and Kimberly was phenomenal at helping guide us to some great choices. The food was great, from the lobster bisque to the rib eye to the mac and cheese. If you have the opportunity don't pass this place up.

The waiter was knowledgeable about gluten free choices on the menu. He brought out fresh gluten free bread, which I was not expecting. 2/3 appetizers were great, the other had too much salt. I had the scallop appetizer, it was perfect. Our meals arrived too soon after the appetizers. We all ordered our steaks medium rare, mine was medium and my friend's was well done. She sent hers back and the replacement steak was perfect. We ordered one side dish, which is perfect for sharing with 4 people.
